I enjoy studying the language and culture of other countries. Studying and working in many different countries, and cultures, including Germany, England, Morocco and South Africa, have allowed my language skills to become relevant to those seeking to learn French from many different backgrounds and interests.
I’ve been working for about twelve years with children and teenagers. I draw my inspiration from teachers and educational movements such as Freinet, Montessori, Steiner... who want to involve the student and to give them confidence and work at their own speed.
For about fifteen years I was teaching French to adults, either political or economical refugees arriving in France. Also executive managers who need french for their professional life, as I did by Corcelle-Formation.
My pupils and students of more than fifty nationalities ranged in age between 2 and 75 years, taught me to listen, to be tolerant and to have an inquiring mind. By respecting their ways of learning, I like finding a mutual solution with them.
Holder of a master's degree in French as a Foreign Language from the University of Angers, Cyriaque Foucher was professor of French at the Alliance Française in Mexico before teaching for almost ten years at Corcelle Formation.
He has experience in one-to-one courses for business executives and people who work in politics.
Without forgetting the student’s primary objective - to progress in French – he likes to tailor his courses to the student's environment: the student speaks about his work, his position in his firm, his universe and tastes...
